PayPartners tailor our solution based on your needs; we have experience of deploying our solutions into both high touch and low touch environments. A web interface, accessible on mobile devices, is how you notify us of new hires, time-sheet creation, timesheet approvals and run on-demand reports. This enables our service to scale effectively and ensures that, as much as possible, all processes are automated.

Contractor Self Service

is used by the contractor for sign up, onboarding, OH&S compliance, time-sheet creation and submission. This is also used to view pay slips, review contract information and apply for leave. The portal can be branded to your needs and integrated into your website/intranet if required.

HR and Recruitment Portal

is used by HR or Procurement to notify PayPartners of new hires as they are offered work. This automatically creates contracts between the worker and PayPartners that are digitally executed. This portal is also used to generate reports, typically based on spend by period, end date, rate by skill etc.

The Manager Self Service

is used by approving managers to view and approve submitted time-sheets. Again, this can be branded and integrated into your website/intranet.
